Nantong Tianlong Animal By-Products Co., Ltd. is located in Dingyan Town, Rugao City, the backyard of Nantong, a developed city cluster in the Yangtze River Delta. It is only 2 kilometers away from the Yantong Expressway, with the Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge and Sutong Yangtze River Bridge stretching on both sides. It is within a 2-hour drive from Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Zhenjiang, Nanjing, and other places.
The company was founded in 2001 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It exports over 80,000 barrels of "TL" casings annually. It covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with a building area of 18,000 square meters. It employs over 350 professionals and technical staff. The company has been awarded honorary titles such as National High-tech Enterprise, Jiangsu Provincial Dual-Innovation Talent Project, Jiangsu Provincial Key Leading Enterprise in Agriculture, Jiangsu Provincial Private Technology Enterprise, and Jiangsu Provincial Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise. It holds industry certifications such as EU certification, US/Brazil certification, BRC certification, HACCP certification, and ISO22000 certification.
The company is primarily engaged in the production and sales of premium pig casings and heparin sodium, and is a member of the executive council of the China Meat Association. The company has successively cooperated with large meat product enterprises both domestically and internationally, processing healthy and fresh pig small intestines into semi-finished casings and crude heparin sodium on-site and in a timely manner, which are then centralized at the head office for further processing before being sold collectively. The main products include the "TL" brand salted, casing, dried, and other series of casings, as well as the "Shennong" brand crude heparin sodium. They are primarily sold to over ten countries and regions such as Europe, the United States, and South Africa. To meet customer requirements, various specifications of casings have been customized, earning the company high recognition and good reputation in domestic and international markets. In 2022, the company's exports amounted to approximately 20 million US dollars, accounting for 10% of Rugao's industrial output and 2% of the national total.
